I work with traumatic experiences causing uncomplicated PTSD and/or complex C- PTSD using EMDR. I help clients process and integrate traumatic events, reducing the associated symptoms such as sleep disturbances, flashbacks, dissociation, and difficulties in establishing and maintaining healthy relationships.
